Vape Dubai gives customer service the top priority. Hence, it is essential for us to share our return policy and warranty to build your trust. You can return the defective products within 7 days of receiving the delivery(as per our track records). Our policy covers any dead on arrival items, manufacturer defective items and items that are different from what is specified on the website.

Items damaged by misuse or improper care by the customers are not covered by the policy. For hygienic reasons and the overall safety of our customers amid this pandemic era, we do not accept returns of atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick and wire.

Notice: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost as it is not free. In addition, return shipping is refundable only if you received the wrong item(s).

Should you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is defective, a return label will be provided. Please return the merchandise within 7 days from the receiving date to the address provided us for returns after contacting us.

We will inspect and test your merchandise upon receipt of your return. If we find them defective, we will immediately send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is unavailable, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Else, if the returned merchandise is determined to be fully functional upon testing, we hold the right to return the merchandise or issue a store credit.

Returns must include all items that you received with your product, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. It would be appreciated if you include the packaging that your item came in if you still have it.

How does Return Policy & Warranty work in Vape House Dubai:

Pack your merchandise in a suitable envelope or box (or you can use the original package if possible) securely for return. Mention the details including your name, contact information and order number on the package.

Email us at info@vapedubai.com to inform us about the problem. We will do our best to arrange to pick up your returned product at the earliest. We request you to allow us a period of 10 days from the return shipped date for a refund. And wait for 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill statement.
